Studysoft is here to help you learn, not to collect little souvenirs about your life. Here is what we know, why we need it, and what we do with it.

What we know about you

• Account. Your email address. We use it to send you a login link. We do not store passwords.
• Profile. Your name and the bio you write yourself. This helps Studysoft make examples that feel closer to you.
• Learning process. The topics and goals you choose, your questions, your quiz answers, and the lessons you complete.
• Created lessons. The lessons, quizzes, and audio the app creates for you. We save them so you can come back later.
• Tech stuff. Anonymous crash and performance data. It helps us fix what is wobbling.

Help from AI

To create lessons and answers, we use Anthropic for text and Deepgram for audio. We only send what is needed, like your topic or question. We do not send your email address, and we have set things up so they cannot use your data to train their own models.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
• We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we need this

We use this information to make the app work: logging you in, creating your lessons, tracking progress, and helping when something goes sideways.

Storage and security

Your data is sent over encrypted connections. We use reliable cloud providers and work to keep everything protected, though no internet system can promise perfection with a straight face.

Your rights

You can delete a lesson, program, or account yourself inside the app.

Children

Studysoft is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will email you before they take effect.
