1. Agreement

By downloading or using Studysoft, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You log in through a link in your email. We do not store passwords. Keep your inbox safe, because activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. What the app does

Studysoft creates personal lessons based on your topic and goals, with help from third-party AI models.

4. Your content

Everything you write in the app, like your bio or questions, stays yours. You give us permission to store it and send what is needed to our AI partners so the app can work for you.

5. AI is not perfect

Lessons and answers are generated by AI. It can be useful, sharp, and occasionally confidently wrong or outdated. Treat it as a starting point, and do not rely on it blindly for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Play fair

Do not use Studysoft for illegal activity, abuse, or attempts to break into the system. We can close accounts that ignore the rules.

7. Payments

Right now, the app is free. If we offer a paid version later, we will say so clearly and give you the choice. We will never charge you automatically without your consent.

8. No guarantees

We provide the app as is. We cannot guarantee it will always run without errors or that data will never be lost.

9. Liability

Studysoft is not liable for indirect damages or errors in AI-generated lessons, as far as the law allows.

10. Stopping

You can stop using Studysoft at any time. You can delete your account through the app.

11. Changes

We may update these rules from time to time. If a change is important, we will let you know by email.
